INTRODUCTIONS
President Mark Werlein introduced the guests in attendance and had each member of the Athletic Board Introduce themselves. Michelle Bebout is the new Athletic Director at Bella Vista. Jim Shoemake at Casa Roble and Mary Hesser at Christian Brothers are new princi9pals on the Board.

MINUTES
The minutes of the April meeting were approved as posted on the league web site.
FINANCIAL REPORT
The financial report was given by Al Hooker.
The 2010-11 Operating Budget was approved.
Each Athletic Director was given an invoice for league dues.
SECTION REPORT
John Williams gave the State of the Section Report.
OLD BUSINESS
The League Policy for PA Announcers (football) was distributed to each Athletic Director. It is also available on the league web site.
Al Hooker reported Individual sport meetings have either been held or are scheduled to be held.
A review Limited/Dead Periods was removed from the agenda since John Williams covered the topic in his report.
Most schools exchanged the school Athletic Plans. Those who did not Email theirs to each school.
NEW BUSINESS
Jim Shoemake, Casa Roble, was elected to serve as Vice President of the CVC for the next two years and become President in 2012.
A proposal to establish a league scholar athlete award was proposed by Jorie Baer. After much discussion a committee of Jorie Baer, Jill Bennett and Dean Perkins was established to put all the ideas together into one proposal.
The effects of AB 1025 & AB 346 on non certificated coaches was discussed. Each school is in compliance with the current guidelines.
There was an informational item about on-Line Schools and some possible effects. This concept is still very new and little specific information about what the protocols might be exists.
The item about aluminium baseball bats was pulled from the agenda because it was covered in John William's report.
OTHER
Each Athetic Director will forward the contact in formation for all their head coaches and athletic administratiors to the commissioner to be compilled and sent out to each school
League Passes were distributed to each Athletic Director. There was some discussion that schools would like to have additional passes. This items was refered to the same committee appointed to work on the academic award.
Fall and Winter rule books were distributed
