OLD BUSINESS
The group was reminded that reading of the Sportsmanship Announcement prior to games is a league requirement and that people with cameras should not be on the floor at basketball games.
All Sports Competition Standings through winter sports has been updated. Bella Vista is leading with 60 points followed by Christian Brothers with 53 points.
Athbltic Directors were reminded that any loss/profit for hosts of league championship events is the responsibility of the host school. It was approved that a reasonable entry fee be assesed so schools do not take a financial loss fop hosting an event. These fees need to be assesed up front before the event.
NEW BUSINESS
Because of the cost of the All Academic Patches it was necessary to make a special assesment to cover the cost. Invoice were distributed to each AD.
A proposal to change the method of selecting All Conference basketball teams was passed. The places on the team will be determined by place of according to the following schedule:
1st Place - 3 spots
2nd & 3rd places - 2 spots each
4th , 5th & 6th places - 1 spot each
In addition two (2) at large berths will be selected by secret ballot.
This proposal will be placed on the Agenda at the April meeting for a first reading.
Athletic Directors will check with thier girls basketball coaches to see if any are interested in becoming the league representative.
Athletic Directors wanted to keep the same format for football and basketball games for next year.
Schedules for 2011-12 were edited and approved.

The following student athlete were selected as CVC Dale Lackey scholarship winners and will be submitted to the Section.
Boys: Drew Wixon, Oakmont High School
Girls: Briana Baer, Casa Roble High School

Distribute Winter Championship Pennants
Boys Basketball = Bella Vista
Girls Basketball = Bella Vista
Wrestling = Bella Vista
Water Polo asked to have their by-laws amended to accomodate a different tie breaking system. They will submit a proposal for a first reading at the April Athletic Board meeting.
A proposal was passed to obtain a framed certificate to present to the Dale Lackey winners. Jorie Baer will obtain them.
