Minutes of the November Athletic Directors meeting were approved as posted on the league web site.

GUEST COMMENTS

An exstensive discussion and a questions and answer preiord was conducted with the assignors from softball, baseball, basketball and wrestling.

 

CONSENT CALENDAR

No items

 

OLD BUSINESS

There is still no evidence that the Nor Cal soccer tournament has received sanction by the Section. Teams are advised not to attend unless the tournament received a sanction.

Because of the last minute cancellation by Teal Bend, it was decided to have the rest of this year's CVC meetings at Coco's.

 

NEW BUSINESS

No new business

 

SECTION & STATE ITEMS

The spring playoff format adopted four years ago has not been changed (as it was for football). Most formats are posted on the Section web site.

 

OTHER

Sam Welch, from Dixon, was the boy selected for the Dale Lackey scholarship and Amanda Jones, from Rio Linda was the girl selected.

Dixon is having trouble hiring a head track coach but plans to field a track team.
