MINUTES

The minutes of the April 21st Athletic Board Meeting were approved as posted on the web site.

The League financial report was given by Al Hooker.

2009-10 Start of Year Action

The 2009-10 Operating Budget was adopted.

Carried over from previous year - $2,994.20

Playoff Distribution from Section - $2,901.00

The cost of breakfast for school who will be entering the league next year is included in the operating budget for all meetings for the rest of the year.

CONSENT CALENDAR

The schedules for 2009-10 for Wrestling and Girls Golf were approved

The Board Confirmed the appointment of Jeff Cox, River City, as baseball coordinator

 

OLD BUSINESS

The original basketball schedule had Antelope and Center Boys and Girls Basketball teams playing the same night in the same gym. Antelope and Center agreed that on January 8th the Boys would play at Antelope and the girls at Center and they would switch on February 3rd.

 

 

NEW BUSINESS

Multiple by-law changes for gold were presented by the golf coaches. Many items were accepted, some rejects and a couple modified and approved. Changes can be viewed on the league web site.

Al Hooker discussed the process which would be used to review Sport By-laws for transition for 2010-11.

 

SECTION AND STATE ITEMS

The Section Administrative Workshop in Stockton on Wed., Aug 26.
